In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk135" refers to the pk135 online gaming platform, its operators, owners, affiliates, and related entities operating the website at pk135.org.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk135 platform in any capacity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pk135 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Before processing any withdrawal request, pk135 is required to complete KYC identity verification. This process requires you to submit the following documentation:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• In certain circumstances, a selfie holding your CNIC or a utility bill confirming your residential address may be requested.

• pk135 reserves the right to lock an account and require re-verification if suspicious login activity is detected.

pk135 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All PKR wallet transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The minimum deposit via mobile wallet is Rs 200. Withdrawal minimums vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of request within your account.

All funds deposited into your pk135 PKR Wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a successful deposit, or to a verified payment method in your own name.
• pk135 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts. Bank transfers are typically completed within 2–4 hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment processor availability.
• pk135 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your PKR Wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• pk135 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All bets placed on pk135 are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual sport, market, or game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters directly related to that game's operation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk135 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where pk135 has published an explicit policy permitting cancellation (e.g., event abandonment).
• pk135 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including manifest pricing errors where odds were clearly incorrect.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, applicable sport rules will govern the settlement of affected markets. Players are encouraged to review sport-specific rules before placing wagers.
• pk135 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and slot games. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis.

pk135 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk135 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one account on pk135, whether directly or indirectly through another person.
• Using the platform in furtherance of any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the pk135 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pk135 systems. Any player who discovers a bug is obligated to report it to pk135 immediately.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your pk135 account.

pk135 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious transaction activity, or receipt of a chargeback on a deposit.

Where an account is closed for a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct (e.g., pk135 ceasing operations in a particular market), any real money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

You may request voluntary closure of your pk135 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC requirements have been met.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk135 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from pk135.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk135 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk135 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pk135 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk135 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processor failures beyond pk135's reasonable control.

pk135 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk135.org/privacy-policy. By registering a pk135 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk135 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or licence conditions. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
